People with disabilities are at increased risk of family violence, and Women’s Health West has been providing social support and case management to women with lived experience of disability for over 30 years.
This submission highlights instances of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation of women with disabilities and provides evidence-based recommendations for consideration.
