Women’s Health West undertook an online survey of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander staff working in mainstream organisations.

The survey was conducted as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan’s employment and retention strategy.

The results can be downloaded below, along with a summary of the key recommendations that arose from the survey.

The results aim to support Women’s Health West, and other mainstream organisations, to understand and improve the experiences and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander employees working in mainstream organisations.
