All women of 18 years or over, who live, work or study in the western metropolitan region of Melbourne, are eligible for full membership of Women’s Health West, as are organisations whose client base includes the western region.
Any woman can apply to be an associate member, which has all the same benefits as full membership, except for voting rights.
Membership is free and includes a great newsletter, enewsletters and invitations to events like international women’s day and our annual general meeting.
Most importantly, our members help to strengthen the voice of an organisation working to bring equity and justice to women in the west.
All women aged 18 or over who live, work or study in the western region are eligible to become individual members of Women’s Health West. Individuals also share the vision and goals of Women’s Health West.
Organisations who share the vision and goals of Women’s Health West, and who work in Melbourne’s western region – plus metropolitan or statewide organisations whose client base includes the west – are eligible to become organisational members. Organisational members must nominate a staff member who will be entitled to vote at the Women’s Health West annual general meeting.
Any interested individual or organisation who shares the vision and goals of Women’s Health West but is not eligible to become a full member may join as an associate member. You still receive our newsletter and notices, but cannot vote at our annual general meeting.
