Caught between two cultures: consultation report 2014

Caught between two cultures is a project that aims to enhance young African women’s confidence, independence and capacity to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing now and into the future to prevent the practice of FGM/C (female genital mutilation/cutting). This report summarises our consultation with young African women, community members, religious leaders and professionals about the sexual and reproductive health needs of young African women, which gave valuable input to the project’s design.
